TRS Consulting & Executive Search is partnering with a start-up production company in their search for an HR Business Partner. They are South Metro-based. In this role, you will work with a dynamic team using your creativity and contributions to build a team focused culture. In this role you will be responsible for performance management, succession planning, compensation, rewards and recognition, employee relations, compliance and talent acquisition.
Service as an internal business consultant and play a key role in the leadership team regarding human capital management.
Partner with business leadership on the talent review and succession planning processes including indemnification of high potentials and development opportunities which includes special projects, lateral and upward movement.
Work with leadership on strategic workforce design and collaborate with Talent Acquisition. Assist with the strategies for recruiting, staffing and management training program to company growth and transition.
Partner with management to develop best practice tool in talent management and employee retention.
Utilize HR metrics to make effective HR related decisions. Make recommendations to leadership.
Lead and support multiple key initiatives in the organization.

PHR or SPHR Certification preferred.
